Shipping:

When you place an order on our website, we aim to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. 

 

New Zealand

Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.

Tracking details will be emailed as the package is scanned leaving the warehouse. 

You can track the progress of your order through the link attached to the email

Packages are delivered ATL (Authority to Leave) to residential and business addresses only. 

Please make us aware if you have any special delivery requirements when you place your order.

Our service provider will do their utmost to deliver your package within the timeframe outlined below, however peak shipping periods and public holidays may vary the delivery timeframe.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, unless you have selected the Saturday delivery option when placing your order.

NZ METRO T&T service (1-2 business days) NZ metropolitan addresses only $6.00

NZ RURAL T&T service (2-3 business days) NZ rural addresses $7.00

NZ SATURDAY DELIVERY (service not available to rural addresses) Orders must be placed by 10.00am Friday. $10.00

 

Australia

Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.

Packages are sent Signature Required by international courier and delivered by Aust ePost. 

Australian packages can be sent to a P.O. Box, so please make us aware if you have any special delivery requirements when you place your order.

Tracking details will be emailed as the package is scanned leaving the warehouse, and again when the package has cleared Australian Customs and transferred to the Aust ePost network.

Our NZ based service provider does not control all parts of the international delivery chain; and your order is subject to Customs clearance procedures.

While every endeavour is taken to meet the delivery timeframe outlined below, peak shipping periods and public holidays may vary our service providers delivery timeframe.

Track and Trace service with Intl AU ePost (6-10 business days) $10.00

Deliveries can be made to Australian P.O.Boxes

 

Rest of World

Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.

Packages are dispatched International Airmail in a brightly striped Love These Covers courier satchel.

Estimated delivery timeframe 7–10 business days. $10.00

At Love These Covers, we pride ourselves on delivering a high level of quality product and customer service.  However, we understand that sometimes an incorrect product has been ordered, or a faulty cover has been shipped.  In this instance we ask that you contact us immediately by email (to kay@timessix.com) and make us aware of the situation.  Please include the invoice number in your communication, so we can quickly determine the remedial action required.

 

Our Shipping Policy is contained in Section 8 of the Terms & Conditions

 

  1. DELIVERY & TRANSIT 
    8.1 We will use our best endeavours to despatch orders no later than two business days after the day your order is received by us and you have received confirmation of your order from us via email or equivalent. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control. 

    8.2 In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date. 

    8.3 Where we fail to deliver or delay delivery of your order or part of your order or where any loss is incurred by you in relation to such delivery and is within our control, our liability shall be restricted to payment of the cost of replacing the order or part of the order, as we may determine (at our sole discretion). 

    8.4 Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to our Customer Service team no later than three days after receipt of products. The Customer Service team can be reached on phone +64 4 2933288, fax +64 4 2933287, or by emailing kay@timessix.com.

    8.5 Delivery is complete when the products reach the address you have specified for delivery. We will be responsible for arranging the delivery of products unless you arrange otherwise with us. 

    8.6 Nothing in these terms entitles you to return the products as being surplus to your needs, or for any other reason other than set out herein
